Subject to the Constitution of Universiti Putra Malaysia, the Registrar's Office is responsible for aspects of managing matters related to human resources, academic and public administration at the University, responsible for matters relating to the appointment, powers, duties, remuneration and conditions the service employees of the University, responsible for matters related to human resource management, academic, security and general administration of the University and issue instructions about the administration, responsible for all legal affairs involving the University and interests of the University, and perform any other function and take such action as may be necessary in the proper carrying out tasks under the Constitution, Statutes, Rules and Regulation
