PUTRAJAYA, Nov 1 - Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has put forward a proposal to establish a dynamic career scheme in the university by involving a number of schemes and merging existing services as an initiative to improve the career path of university officials.

This proposal was proposed by Dato 'Wan Azman Wan Omar, UPM Registrar during a visit to YBhg. Datuk Seri Borhan Dollah, Director of General Public Service Malaysia at his Office in Putrajaya.

KPPA said it welcomed the proposal and asked for further discussion to refine the proposed proposals. Also discussed are a number of other issues relating to the UPM staffing that includes the planning of the UPM Teaching Hospital and Bintulu Campus.

Yusof, Director of the Organization Development Division, Public Service Department (PSD); Mrs. Erda Ruslan Khairi, Principal Assistant Director, Organizational Development Division, PSD; Associate Professor Muhammad Hj. Mohd. Isa, Director of UPM Lecturer Hospital; Mrs. Nor Adida Abd. Khalid, Head of Human Resource Management Division, UPM; Mr. Muhazam Mansor, Head of Human Resource Services Division, UPM; Ms Nor Azizah Tamsi, Head of Human Resource Development Division, UPM; Mrs. Jennifer Lendai Kundat, Head of Policy and Administration Management Section, UPM and Ms. Noremy Busu, Head of Organization Development Section, UPM.
