Registrar's Office, Serdang - Conflict Management Course was held on 15 July 2020 at the Faculty of Engineering UPM. The program conducted by the Training Section of the Registrar's Office involves a total of 27 participants which consists of R & D Group and Implementing Group. The program was implemented for 1 day starting from 9.00 am and ending at 5.00 pm conducted by Puan Nor Hasimah Abdullah from I-Square Training Consultancy. The objective of this program is to explain the effective methods in dealing with the crisis that arises in the workplace. In addition, it also emphasizes how to apply effective communication techniques while managing conflict.
