DDMS 2.0

Serdang, July 14 - The Registrar's Office will begin implementing the Digital Document Management System (DDMS 2.0) application for open file correspondence on July 13, 2017 (Thursday).

All incoming mail (except confidential / confidential) will be registered and scanned centrally in the File and Record Room, Human Resource Services Division, Registrar Office. All official transactions must use the University Putra Malaysia File Classification System found in the DDMS application. All physical files in Section / Section should be closed from July 12, 2017 (Wednesday). No physical file usage in Divisions / Sections (except confidential / confidential physical files) from the go live date July 13, 2017 (Thursday). Physical files (open only) will be managed centrally in File and Record Rooms, Human Resource Services Division, Registrar Office;

For staff who will log in first to DDMS 2.0, here are the steps to be taken.

Kaedah Login Kali Pertama

1.    Capai URL DDMS2.0 (http://ddms.malaysia.gov.my)

2.    Masukkan Username iaitu nombor kad pengenalan@upm (Contoh: 870211045532@upm)

3.    Pilih menu Forgot Password

4.    Masukkan semula Username dan pilih menu Send Instructions

5.    Emel Reset Password akan dihantar ke emel pengguna

6.    Ikuti menu Reset Password dan masukkanPassword baru (Contoh: mAmpuN01)

7.    Emel pengesahan Login with your new passwordakan diterima di emel pengguna

8.    Pilih menu Login with your new password dan masukkan Username dan Password baru

9.    Selamat menggunakan DDMS2.0
