The programme started at 10.00 a.m. with the arrival of the organisers who were warmly welcomed by the Registered Counsellor who is also a counselling teacher of SMK Seri Serdang, Mrs. Chen Chai Khoon together with Mrs. Radiah A. Rahim, another Guidance and Counselling teacher of the school. Then followed by the welcome speech and then the opening of the programme by Mrs. Chen Chai Khoon. Both teachers were together and always helpful during the programme.

The organiser of the programme, the Intervention Services Section from the Registrar Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in cooperation on behalf of Putra Bakti also invited Prof. Associate Dr. Hanina Halimatusaadiah Hamsan who is the Deputy Dean (Research and Innovation) from the Faculty of Human Ecology, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) as a special guest speaker to fill one of the slots in the programme which is Slot 3: Helping Yourself and Others through the NLP Method. In this slot, the sharing of knowledge transfer is via a psycho-educational approach through the method of controlling thought patterns and emotions quickly and effectively. Prior to that, the main facilitator of the programme, Mrs. Siti Fatimah Abdul Ghani, a Senior Psychological Officer and Head of the Intervention Services Section, Human Resources Services Division, UPM Registrar Office delivered Slot 1: Love Yourself Fairly & Expressive Art Therapy - Hands of Hopes, where through this meaningful slot, all participants were given a motivational injection about the trust of being appointed as a PRS and the role that should be played in carrying out the responsibilities as a PRS in the school. In addition, the filling of the program is also enlivened with Slot 2: Self-Care and Management - Proper Hand Washing Demo. In the slot which was presented by the Executive Officer from the organiser, Ms. Siti Ummaira Zuberi, students were exposed to the right method of washing their hands using Hope Soap which is a soap donated by Putra Bakti & Institute of Bioscience (IBS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
